Mesocosmocyclone (ミニスターサイクロン, Mini Sutā Saikuron, Mini Star Cyclone) is a Starred Alien enemy found in Cats of the Cosmos and Legend Stages.
Enemy
One of the most powerful Alien peons, Mesocosmocyclone is essentially a much frailer but much faster version of Super Cosmic Cyclone that warps Cats forward instead of backward. Mesocosmocyclone is also outranged by all Cat Units, giving it insane pushing power but making it highly vulnerable to crowd-control.
Strategy
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THIS ENEMY! Remember that this enemy, while small, is still a Cyclone, so its DPS and attack rate are off the charts. You will want to kill this thing as fast as possible before it shreds through your frontlines. Elemental Pixies are ideal for dealing with it, provided they are decently leveled.
Rover Cat will help a lot when fighting this enemy, but it will still only last a couple of seconds. The Iron Wall Cat can halt its movement for a few seconds, when at high levels.
Corrupted Psychocat is a very good and consistent option as a crowd controller, as he can impede Mesocosmocyclone's advance from long range so your other attackers can burst it down. Seafarer Cat can do the same, but it is recommended you invest in his Talents, which will improve Seafarer's reliability.
